forID worked with HR Authoritative Source (UltiPro) and other external Employee resource site vendors to integrate PingFederate with their solutions. forID developed a change management plan to support users with the change and conducted user experience surveys to determine if further integrations should be pursued.
forID was requested by our client to build on our SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation to integrate SSO into their environment with PingFederate. Client wanted to reduce Helpdesk calls, specifically to basic resources like the HRIS and other employee portals, for which users had separate logins and passwords.
Users’ login to websites were now facilitated using the same Active Directory credentials to log in, thereby reducing the helpdesk workload for other password reset calls. Additionally, SSO enforced the same password management settings that otherwise were managed by the solution providers.
