forID refreshed and implemented LCM in Saviynt to automate all manual provisioning and email trigger activities. In addition, we developed an Access Request approval framework and integrated complex applications to remove the manual processing steps originally performed by the IAM team. forID also established role-based onboarding for new joiners to provision as much access as needed on Day 1.
Our client had implemented Onboarding, Transfer and Offboarding Lifecycle Management (LCM) tasks and access provisioning tasks in a manual fashion and struggled to manage it due to complexity and volume. forID was asked to assist with automating the manual tasks to reduce the overhead burden of the team.
